April - Having a positive attitude - Abby Chappel
Abby Chappel has one of the most positive attitudes of any student that I have had in class. She always comes to class with a smile on her face and ready to face the day. Abby works hard in Art, Math and Robotics. She gets along with everyone, bringing a positive energy to all of her classes, her attitude is contagious to those around her. She asks great questions and is a pleasure to have in class.

March - Honor and Trust - Morning Star Crow
Morning Star Crow has all of the qualities that portray Honor and Trust. She is a hard worker in my Art, Graphics and Math classes! Morning Star respects her peers and is trustworthy. She always comes to class with a positive attitude, ready to work. Morning Star is honorable in her commitment and dedication to her work in Graphics and Art, she even volunteered to help out the robotics team this year by hand sewing the bumpers for our robot! She asks great questions and is a pleasure to have in class.

Ferbruary - Respect - Braden Mosher
Braden Mosher one of the most respectful individuals I’ve ever met. He is a dedicated Robotics student and Robotics team member. Not only is Braden respectful of others, but he expects respect in return. Braden is a great listener and works hard on the Robotics team. He has proved to be an integral part of the team, quickly working his way to head the scouting team in his first year! Not to mention being the team field representative, showing gracious professionalism and the utmost respect to our competitors. Due to his scouting and respectfulness to other teams, he helped choose an alliance that led us to our first competition win! He is always on time, often stays late, is always motivated and is all around a pleasure to have on the team.

January - Staying Focused - Kira Peters
Kira Peters is extremely focused when it comes to her academics and especially in Graphics. She is focused in Graphics class, making sure orders are finished through completion and has become an integral part of the shirt making process. Kira is so focused that she is in Graphics twice a day by taking an independent study just continue her work. She works hard in class and always asks great questions. Kira is a focused, hard worker and is a pleasure to have in class.

December - Compassion - Alayna Williams
Alayna Williams is one of the most compassionate students I know. She is extremely focused when it comes to her academics and she is a talented Artist. She is a tremendous help to the robotics team and an integral member of the Snow Sculpting team. Alayna goes above and beyond in class, when she is finished with her work she always asks what to do next! She works hard and doesn’t mind staying after school to work on homework or just to help others. Alayna is a kind hearted, hard worker and an excellent role model for others. She is a pleasure to have in class.

November - Leadership - Issac Muxlow
Issac Muxlow has all of the characters that portray good leadership. Issac is currently in my Robotics class and is also an integral part of our FIRST Robotics team. He is goal oriented and works hard, leading by example to accomplish his goals. Issac is this year’s project manager on the robotics team, a position created just for him because of his knowledge and leadership skills. He works hard in class and takes the lead when it comes to any sort of hands-on task. Issac is an excellent student leader who asks great questions and has a desire to learn more.

October - Going above and Beyond - Austin Ahern
Austin Ahern is extremely focused when it comes to his academics. He is passionate about learning, especially in Robotics. Austin is an integral part of my robotics class, he is passionate about 3D printing and enjoys building the InMoov. He frequently comes into class before and after school to download and print parts, Austin works hard and recently finished building the chest for our humanoid robot! He is always attentive and respectful, Austin definitely goes above and beyond of what is asked of him.

September – Responsibility - Ryan McGarvie
Ryan McGarvie is one of the most responsible students that I have seen. He is in my Robotics class and an integral part of the FIRST Robotics team. Ryan is self-motivated and takes responsibility for his own learning. He is a talented programmer and excited to learn new things. When a task needs to be completed I can trust that Ryan will do everything he can to get the job done. He is also one of the robot drivers on the robotics team, showing gracious professionalism and the utmost respect to our competitors.
